President and CEO
Jeff Shaul is Chief Executive Officer of Robson Capital Management, where he oversees strategy, operations, and regulatory oversight.
He has extensive experience in Canada’s capital markets and exempt market sector, working with asset managers and dealers to facilitate compliant access to Canadian investors.
Jeff is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the CFA Institute, and is registered as a director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
Crystal Quast
Director of Business Development
Crystal Quast is Director of Business Development at Robson Capital Management, where she leads growth initiatives and manages partner relationships across the firm’s platform.
She brings experience in capital markets communications and investor relations, supporting asset managers in expanding their presence within the Canadian market.
Crystal focuses on platform growth, strengthening distribution partnerships, and connecting domestic and international managers with Canadian investors.
Pauline Henry
CMA Accounting and Valuation
Pauline has considerable experience in financial reporting, audit, operations, treasury tax and project management. She previously worked at a large accounting firm and has been controller for an international apparel company.
She constantly strives to develop financial reporting and systems which are more relevant, and excels in accuracy and compliance in the areas of financial complexities and commitments.
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and is a Certified Management Accountant of Ontario.
